The C4K Comp 2025 is our annual CrossFit competition, uniting athletes of all levels from Washington and the Portland Metro area to compete and support Organización de Amigos’ mission to provide free CrossFit after-school programs for underserved students. Now in its fifth year, this event is our largest fundraiser, driving meaningful change in our community. Last year, 126 athletes (63 teams) participated, helping us raise $15,000 to expand our programs into more schools and reach even more students in need.

2024 Highlights
Sip & Paint
Tuesday, December 17th, 2024
Jessica Johns hosted a wonderful watercolor painting class at The Coffee Shop, turning our Sip and Paint fundraiser into a fun and creative way to support Organización de Amigos. The event was full of laughter, art, and community spirit, all while raising much-needed funds to empower kids through accessible fitness programs. A huge thank you to Moose for their generous support—we couldn’t have done it without you!
C4K Competition
Saturday, October 19th, 2024
On October 19, 62 teams—124 athletes—came together CrossFit Kakou (Hillsboro, OR) to compete at C4K Comp. This incredible community event was all about raising support to keep our CrossFit after-school programs free for students, directly within their schools. Thanks to everyone who showed up, competed, and supported, we raised an amazing $15,200! These funds go directly toward expanding our coaching team, so we can bring fitness and mentorship to even more schools. It’s inspiring to see our Portland and Vancouver communities come together to support students through the activity they love. Thank you for making a difference in the lives of these kids!
Jog-A-Thon 2024

This spring, theJog-A-Thon fundraiser organized by Organizacion De Amigos on May 11th, 2024, proved to be a tremendous success as over $5,000 was raised with the generous support of the community, local businesses, and organizations. Participants enjoyed a fun-filled day walking and jogging around the track, fostering a sense of unity and collaboration. Gratitude is extended to the dedicated volunteers and board members whose efforts were instrumental in ensuring the event's smooth execution. The overwhelming turnout underscored the enthusiasm and spirit of camaraderie that prevailed, contributing to the event's overall success.
